  • Can Europteam ensure prompt salary payments?
    We have earned a first-class reputation regarding salary payments – on time, every time – in agreement with your contract.
  • As a candidate, when will I be paid?
    Europteam pays a salary on a four-weekly basis. However on the 15th day of every month, we provide an advance to your bank account. This means that you receive an income every 2 weeks.
  • How will I pay tax?
    The taxation is administered by a world-renowned international tax consultant ensuring our employees get the best possible financial package. Furthermore, the employee, Europteam and the client are confident that all tax calculations are correct.
  • Will I receive a Pay Statement?
    Yes – issued by the same international tax consultants and payroll administrators at the end of each pay period.
  • Am I paid in Euros or Pounds Sterling?
    Your choice. Europteam pays candidates in either Euros or Pounds Sterling.
  • What about accommodation on start-up?
    To ensure a smooth and easy start-up for the candidate, we arrange appropriate and affordable accommodation, and provide detailed directions from the airport to the accommodation and work place.
  • How often can I return home to visit family?
    Generally, clients understand the importance of a candidate’s wish to travel home to visit family. Thus, candidates are permitted to travel home frequently on a Friday afternoon, returning to work on the following Monday morning, as agreed with the candidate’s direct supervisor or lead project manager.
